Health Coaching

A Health Coach will help mentor and guide you to achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals. These goals may be to improve immunity, reduce fatigue, overcome chronic illness or rebalance your weight. They can help you with ongoing health issues or assistance in reaching a new level of energy and vitality. They can educate and help you using nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle adjustments, exercise regimes, detoxification protocols, stress reduction techniques and mindset support. Everything is tailored to you and your needs with a personalised approach and achievable targets to fit in with your lifestyle.
Health Coaching can be done in person at the Centre for Integral Health in Shrewsbury, or online and appointments can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs and requirements. It is recommended that a minimum of three months of coaching is undertaken to allow changes to be implemented within your life.

How Does Health Coaching Work?

Health Coaching looks at many different aspects that can contribute to your wellbeing. This can include nutrition, supplementation, exercise, stress management, emotional health, detoxification, sleep and the mind-body connection.

What does a Health Coaching Programme look like?

Your programme will begin with an health intake and  assessment where your Health Coach will spend the time with you to hear what you want to achieve, listen to your goals and understand your lifestyle. This gives you the time to be fully heard and all areas of your life taken into account.

They will then discuss with you what you would like to achieve from the sessions together and formulate a plan with achievable goals as to how you can get there.

Recommendations on lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, sleep, stress management, supplementation and mindset will be made.

You will be given an easy to follow written supplement and wellness plan following your appointment along with any additional guides or information you may need. This will be individually tailored to you and adjusted throughout the programme as required.

Additional resources you may need will be given to you, this could include a healthy shopping list guide, example meal templates or detox protocols.

You will then have regular check in appointments where your goals and wellness plan will be adjusted as necessary. You can choose how often you have follow up appointments, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Throughout the programme you will be given unlimited messaging support along with access to discounted supplements.

Detox Programme


This 30 day programme guides you from start to finish through a 14 day functional medicine detox. With the one-on-one help of an Integrative Health Practitioner you will learn exactly what to do when, which supplements to take to get the best results and how to integrate what you have learnt into day to day life after the detox.

  • 4 x 45 minute weekly one-on-one sessions giving you support and guiding you through each stage of the programme
