Phoebe uses Integrative Medicine to get to the root cause of what may be causing someone's symptoms before using a holistic approach to help them rebalance their body, restoring health and vitality. 

She specialises in chronic illnesses and fatigue based issues such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) Adrenal Fatigue, Lyme Disease and Mitochondrial Dysfunction.

Her process of finding out what may be causing multiple ongoing symptoms such as muscle pain, joint pain, digestive problems and difficulty thinking or concentrating can then mean an appropriate and personalised protocol can be developed.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner she uses a combined approach of Nutrition, Naturopathy, Lifestyle Coaching, Supplementation, Herbal Medicine and Detoxification to get your health back on track.

She is passionate about helping people live their best life feeling healthy, happy, free of pain and full of energy
